    • 40 questions, 20 minutes Upper and Middle Levels); 34 questions, 20 minutes (Lower Level)

    • There are no analogies on the ISEE
    Quantitative Reasoning
    • 37 questions, 35 minutes (Upper and Middle Levels); 38 questsions, 35 minutes (Lower Level)
    • Tests your knowledge of general mathematical concepts and your reasoning skills using two different question types: problem solving and quantitative comparisons
    • There are no Quantitative Comparisons on the Lower Level test
    • Quantitative Comparisons ask you to compare the values of two different columns of data
    Reading Comprehension
    • 36 questions, 35 minutes (Upper and Middle Levels); 25 questions, 25 minutes (Lower level)
    • Tests your ability to read and understand short passages, which include a variety of disciplines.
    Mathematics Achievement
    • 47 questions, 40 minutes (Upper and Middle levels); 30 questions, 30 minutes (Lower Level)
    • Tests your knowledge of general mathetmatical concepts using problem solving questions
    Essay Section
    • 1 essay topic, 30 minutes
    • Essay is not scored, but a copy is forwarded to the schools to which you apply
