All tutors have scored in the top percentiles of the test and demonstrated excellent test-taking abilities.
Communication Skills
All tutors demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills and they must have engaging personalities. This translates to interesting and well-taught lessons, and better prepared students.
Knowledge of Test Content
Tutors complete a comprehensive Princeton Review training, during which they learn test content and are taught how to best convey techniques that will improve your score.
Knowledge of The Princeton Review Methodology
Over the past 23 years, we have developed a number of standardized test taking strategies proven to help students improve their scores. All Princeton Review tutors have mastered the content of the tests and our techniques - plus, they are experts at teaching them to students.
Students can choose from three types of tutors
Premier Tutors*
Premier tutors have at least five years teaching and tutoring experience, are certified to train other instructors, are regularly requested, and available around the clock.
Master Tutors*
Master tutors have at least two years teaching and tutoring experience, exceptional evaluations, and are frequently requested by students.
Private Tutors
Selected from our most gifted classroom instructors, all tutors have completed our training program and are certified in their specific test type.
