Driving Instructions to Campus
Follow Interstate 75 to Exit 18 and travel east into Valdosta. Turn left at the second traffic signal onto Gornto Road. At the next traffic signal turn right onto Baytree Road. Follow Baytree Road until it dead ends into the VSU campus. Turn right, here, onto Oak Street. At the first traffic signal, turn left onto Brookwood Drive. Go through first traffic light (Patterson St) and turn left onto Williams St (stadium will be on right). Take a left onto Brookwood Place, the Admissions Office driveway will be last one on left. The Admissions Office is a 2 story red brick house. From Waycross on U.S. 84 (from east) When entering Valdosta, U.S. 84 becomes Hill Avenue. Follow Hill Avenue to the center of the city (courthouse) and turn right onto Ashley Street (one-way north). Stay in extreme left lane which will become a left-turn-only lane, after two blocks. Turn left on Magnolia Street, go one block and turn right on Patterson Street. Follow Patterson Street until for 4 traffic lights and then take a right on Brookwood Drive. At next stop sign take a left on Williams St. Next take a left on Brookwood Place, the Admissions Office driveway will be last one on left. The Admissions Office is a 2 story red brick house. From Thomasville on U.S. 84 (from west) Take U.S. 84 from Thomasville to downtown Valdosta. Once in downtown take a left on Patterson St. Once University Center is on right, you will take a right at next traffic light on Brookwood Dr. At next stop sign take a left on Williams St. Next take a left on Brookwood Place, the Admissions Office driveway will be last one on left. The Admissions Office is a 2 story red brick house. From Douglas on Highway 221 When approaching Valdosta, Hwy 221 becomes Park Avenue. Continue on Park Avenue (west) until you reach the intersection of Patterson Street. Turn left on Patterson Street and head south. After the traffic light at the intersection of Patterson St and Georgia Avenue, take a left on College St. Take a right at next stop sign onto Slater St. Take a right at next stop sign onto Brookwood Pl. The Admissions Office driveway will be last one on left. The Admissions Office is a 2 story red brick house. From Moultrie on Highway 94 Follow Hwy 94 east into Valdosta. Pass over Interstate 75 (Exit 18). Turn left at the second traffic signal onto Gornto Road. At the next traffic signal turn right onto Baytree Road.
