Though it might sound like a cliché, Florida Southern takes great pains to assure that students here “are not just a number.” As one astonished freshman excitedly reveals, “The faculty knew my name before I even committed to going here!” And with the college’s “absolutely gorgeous campus” and “friendly atmosphere” it’s no wonder that Florida Southern undergrads are so content. Armed with an “excellent reputation,” FSC offers students a very “personalized education.” Indeed, the “small class sizes… really [allow you to] get to know everyone, even in your gen ed. and freshman [courses].”
The Jeanne Clery Act requires colleges and universities to disclose their security policies, keep a public crime log, publish an annual crime report and provide timely warnings to students and campus employees about a crime posing an immediate or ongoing threat to students and campus employees.
