1. Flexible MBA Program: 48 credit hours, up to 9 of which (foundation courses) can be waived on the basis of successful completion of corresponding undergraduate courses; time of completion varies depending on course loads (typically 14-27 months).
2. Executive MBA Program: 48 credit hours, lock step; time of completion is 16 months. 3. Professional MBA Program: 48 credit hours, lock step; time of completion is 16 months. Also offered in Virtual format in Atlanta, Macon and Savannah.

|Description: ||Corporate Social Responsibility, Sustainability & Restructuring: This course explains the objectives companies have developed and programs implemented to achieve corporate sustainability. This is achieved though practices that improve social and environmental outcomes, thus building the business value of the firm. The importance of corporate governance to this initiative is explained and steps to restructure companies to undertake these sustainability initiatives identified.
Issues in Business Law and Corporate Responsibility: This course will explore the legal environment and focus on the formation and operation of a variety of business organizations including the corporation, the partnership and the LLC (Limited Liability Company). It will examine the roles and obligations of organizational participants - the directors, officers, partners, and members - and examine best practices relating to corporate sustainability and social responsibility. Additional related topics may include stock trading, valuation, shareholder’s rights, mergers and acquisitions, insider trading and antitrust laws. The course will also explore topics in contract law and intellectual property.|
