Clark Graduate Fellowship Program for Underrepresented Minority Students - Through the Clifford D. Clark Graduate Fellowship Program for Underrepresented Minority Students, the State University of New York has provided graduate fellowships for outstanding minority students from groups historically underrepresented in the University's graduate and professional programs (African American, Hispanic, Native American). These fellowships are granted to students entering both master's and doctoral degree programs and carry stipends of between $6,800 and $12,750 (depending on discipline) for the academic year plus a full tuition scholarship. Renewals or graduate assistantships may be awarded in subsequent years, depending upon availability of funds.
