Special programs offered to recruit underrepresented students or students with disadvantaged backgrounds:The Broad School is a member of Management Leadership for Tomorrow (MLT), a nonprofit dedicated to the advancement of minorities in business school. Broad School staff attends all MLT seminars, and assists candidates in the coaching process for business school applications. The Broad College of Business is also a sponsor of the Forte Foundation. Forté Foundation is a consortium of major corporations and top business schools that has become a powerful change agent in educating and directing talented women toward leadership roles in business. Students and staff from the Broad School also attend the annual National Black MBA Conference and the National Society of Hispanic MBA Conference. The Broad School hosts an annual program to promote inclusiveness. This program features presentations, panels and speeches from alumni, professors, current students, and admissions staff.
