Each fall, the Alliance of Minority Business Students hosts Inside Kenan-Flagler, a weekend workshop designed to give prospective, top minority candidates an in-depth, personal experience with our MBA Program. UNC Kenan-Flalger is an exhibitor at the National Black MBA Association annual conference and at the National Society of Hispanic MBAs annual conference. UNC Kenan-Flagler is a member of the Consortium for Graduate Study in Management (CGSM), an alliance of 14 business schools working in partnership with corporate America to facilitate the entry of minorities into managerial positions in business. The CGSM recruits college-trained African American, Hispanic American and Native American U.S. citizens and invites them to compete for merit-based fellowships for graduate study leading to an MBA.
