Student Testimonials
Victoria Tasnic
Graduation Year: 2006
Department: OCOB Graduate Programs
Concentration: MBA - General Managment

As an international student from the Republic of Moldovia, I feel immersed in an environment where my opinions and perceptions are challenged every day. Thrown together into a picture-perfect petri dish of competition and collaboration, students contribute, adapt and grow, eventually evolving into a network of life-long relationships.

Jessica Valpey
Graduation Year: 2006
Department: OCOB Graduate Programs
Concentration: MBA - General Management

As a member of the Cal Poly Orfalea College of Business International Business Ethics Competition team, I was inspired by witnessing so many people devote themselves to solving ethical business dilemmas. The experience was an outstanding learn-by-doing addition to my Cal Poly MBA education.

Elisabeth Suiter
Graduation Year: 2006
Department: OCOB Graduate Programs
Concentration: MBA - General Management

Every Cal Poly MBA course, regardless of the subject, provides an opportunity to develop communication and collaboration skills. However, the Effective Communication Skills for Managers course has been especially beneficial. It has allowed me to sharpen these critical skills, and develop the ability to comfortably make high-level professional presentations. These skills will distinguish my peers and me from others as we re-enter the workforce.

David Cross
Graduation Year: 2005
Department: OCOB Graduate Programs
Concentration: MBA - General Management

It was easy for me to choose Cal Poly for an MBA. The accelerated Track I Program makes it possible to earn a master's degree in under a year, compared to 2 or 3 years with other programs. The pace and the curriculum are well-matched, and students are quickly equipped for a leap into management.
