Documentation Requred for LD:Current psychological/educational evaluation (within the last 3 years). Documentation must state area of disability (state a diagnosis). Reasonable academic accommodations must be supported by documentation. Academic accommodations must not change the academic mission of the University nor may the accommodation decrease the academic standards of a course or plan of study. Foreign language is required for graduation. If the student had a foreign language exemption in high school, documentation must include what evaluation was used to support the exemption - - NOT just a statement on the IEP that "students disabiltiy adversely impact ability to learn a foreign languag"
Documentation Required for ADHD:Medical documenation is sufficient for individual appointments. Psychological-Educational evaluation (completed within the last 3 years) will need to be submitted to support any academic accommodations that the student may seek.
