Northwestern University

Tuition & Aid
Bottom line

Northwestern is among the nation’s most expensive undergraduate institutions, a fact that sometimes discourages some qualified students from applying. The school is increasing its efforts to attract more low-income applicants by increasing the number of full scholarships available for students whose family income is less than $45,000. Low-income students who score well on the ACT may receive a letter from the school encouraging them to apply. With tuition more than $45,000 a year, any and all support is greatly appreciated by undergrads and their parents.
