The Terrence J. Murphy Institute for Catholic Thought, Law and Public Policy is a collaboration between the Center for Catholic Studies and the School of Law at the University of St. Thomas. The Institute draws from the resources of both programs, as well as other academic disciplines and other faith traditions, to study the intersection between Catholic thought, the law, and public policy. Recent conferences and lectures have covered topics such as "prudential judgment and public policy," "intellectual properity, religious thought, and justice," "natual law and human dignity," "Muslim-Catholic dialogue," and "realism in Christian thought and law."|
