1. PROMOTION TIMING: The Princeton Review Dream School Tour Giveaway Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:01 a.m. ET on 8/16/2009 and ends 11:59 p.m. ET on 10/16/2009 (the “Promotion Period”).

2. ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the 50 United States & D.C., Puerto Rico and Canada (void in Quebec) who are 18 years of age or older and enrolled in an undergraduate program in an accredited college or university in the 50 United States, D.C., Puerto Rico or Canada (excluding Quebec) as of September 2010. Employees of The Princeton Review, Inc. (“Sponsor”) and their respective parents, affiliates and subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies, (collectively with Sponsor “Promotion Partners”) and the immediate family (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and household members of each, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win. Void in Quebec and where prohibited by law. All federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations apply.

3. HOW TO ENTER: To Enter Online: During the Promotion Period, when you sign up and create a profile at www.princetonreview.com/dreamtour, you will automatically receive one entry into the Sweepstakes. Entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. ET on 10/16/2009. Proof of sending or submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that participant's entries and that participant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. The "authorized account holder" of the email address is the individual who is the authorized holder of the email address associated with the account (based upon information submitted at the time the account was created).  A potential winner may be requested to provide Sponsor with proof that he/she is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with that winning entry. If the authorized account holder of the email address cannot be established to the Sponsor’s satisfaction, that entry will be disqualified. Normal Internet access and usage charges imposed by your on-line service may apply. To enter offline: Prospect Cards will be available at participating Princeton Review offices and by distribution by Princeton Review representatives at participating campuses. To enter the Sweepstakes, complete a Prospect card and provide it to a Princeton Review representative by 10/16/2009. Mechanically reproduced entries submitted at a Field Office and entries by any means which subvert the entry process will be void. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Limit one entry per person regardless of method of entry. Multiple entries received from any person will result in all his/her entries being voided. 

4. RANDOM DRAWING:  Winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about 10/19/2009 from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.  All prizes will be awarded and winners will be notified by phone/mail.  Limit one prize per person/household.

5. PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”): (1) Grand Prize – A 3-day/2-night trip for two to the college of the winner’s choice (in the 50 United States, Puerto Rico or Canada, excluding Quebec), including round trip coach air transportation from major airport nearest winner’s home, hotel accommodations (double occupancy) and car rental for duration of stay. Car rental is subject to additional restrictions set forth by car rental contract.  If winner does not meet rental car requisites/requirements that portion of the prize will not be awarded and no additional compensation will be provided. Airline carrier's regulations and conditions apply. Trip may not be combined with any other offer and travel may not qualify for frequent flyer miles. Grand Prize winner and his/her travel companion must possess valid travel documents (i.e., valid government issued photo ID, passport, visa, etc.) in order to travel. Grand Prize winner and his/her travel companion must travel together on the same itinerary. Trip must be taken within one year of notification.  Certain restrictions and blackout dates may apply. Seat selection and timing of trip subject to availability and confirmation of reservations. No refunds or credit for changes are allowed. All other expenses and costs, not expressly listed above, including, but not limited to, taxes, tips, entertainment, transfers, and transportation to airport to and from winner’s home residence are the winner’s sole responsibility. (ARV USD$2,000). (2) First Prizes – Winner’s choice of one of the following Princeton Review Courses: MCAT, LSAT, GMAT or GRE classroom or LiveOnline course (Maximum ARV USD$1,500 each). Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. Winners are responsible for all federal, state, provincial, municipal and local taxes and all other costs and expenses associated with prizes not specified herein as being awarded. No transfer, substitution or cash equivalent permitted by winners.  Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a prize with one of comparable or greater value. All prize details are at Sponsor’s discretion. 

6. WINNER NOTIFICATION: All prizes will be awarded and winners will be notified by mail. Potential Grand and First Prize Winners will be required (except where prohibited by law) to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability Prize Acceptance Form and, if legally permissible, a Publicity Release within ten (10) days of notification attempt or if winner is a Canadian resident, a Declaration of Compliance within twenty (20) days of notification attempt or the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. Return of prize or prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and alternate selection. Travel companion of Grand Prize Winner (or parent/legal guardian if travel companion is deemed a minor in his/her state/province of residence) will be required to execute a Release of Liability/Publicity Release (where legal) prior to departure. If travel companion is a minor, Grand Prize winner must be his/her parent or legal guardian. If winner is a Canadian resident, he/she must answer unaided a time-limited arithmetic skill-testing question as a condition to receiving a prize. For U.S. residents only, 1099 tax statements will be filed with the IRS for any winner whose prize value is or exceeds $600.
 
7. GENERAL CONDITIONS: By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and judges, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes, and release and hold harmless Promotion Partners and their affiliates, directors, officers, employees and assigns from and against any liability, claims, lawsuits, judgments, losses, damages of any kind, injuries, death, property damage, costs and expenses, arising from, resulting from or in connection with the Sweepstakes, the participation in the Sweepstakes, or the receipt, possession, use or misuse of any prize.  By accepting prize, entrants grant Sponsor and its designees the right to use winner’s name, likeness, voice, statements and biographical information for advertising, promotion and other marketing purposes in any and all media without additional compensation, permission or notification, except where prohibited by law.  Promotion Partners are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered or illegible entries or for lost or stolen entry boxes or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prizes, or in any Sweepstakes-related materials. Promotion Partners are not responsible for technical, hardware, software or telephone malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled or delayed electronic communications caused by the user or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Sweepstakes. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Sweepstakes or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void.  The Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the online portion of the Sweepstakes if it is not capable of running as planned, including, but not limited to, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical or phone line failures or any other problems beyond the control of the Sponsor, and to award prizes from among all eligible online entries received prior to cancellation and all eligible Field Office entries submitted.
