Career Experience
Since I was in high school, I knew I wanted to work with students and help them achieve their academic and personal goals. In my undergraduate experience, I spent countless hours in middle and high school classrooms. This allowed me to refine my teaching skills and adapt to the needs of various students. My challenging coursework in college pushed me to improve my writing skills and defend arguments effectively. I wrote countless essays, refined my communication skills, and learned how to effectively analyze evidence.
I Love Tutoring Because
I value the importance of one-on-one student, teacher interactions. Tutoring allows students to receive the precise help they need in a timely manner. That way, students have more time to invest in their studies and lives outside of their academics. In my student teaching experience, I learned the importance of understanding what type of learner each student is and tailoring my teaching for them.
