I was very, very confused with my problem. My tutor tried to help by pointing things out that I already knew, making me second guess myself, only to conclude that the answer is what I had in the first place. I really didn't know where this was going for a minute.

The software interaction is difficult to use. For example, drawing is hard, it would be nice to have audio and video so I can show my tutor what I am working on without having to copy paste questions that have graphs in them. It makes it difficult and time consuming. there should be a way to share screens and see face to face along with audio. It would be a lot easier for me.
