I am confused by the reference list resource because a lot of the ones I have on my paper are from the Ebsco library and I just clicked the "cite" button and that is what was populated. I then just copied and pasted what it gave me into my paper.

I waited in the queue for someone, then when I finally received someone she was about to get off work and was going to transfer me. It would be nice if the tutors were more familiar (or worked for) with SNHU so they could be more helpful.

Tutor transferred me, and then it said I was connected again, and then I was transferred again, and then it reconnected me and then it said the session ended.
