The problem was explained in a very simple way and it made it much easier to comprehend. My teacher explains it in a complicating manner so it’s not always easy to understand what she’s saying but this helped a lot.

The tutor did not have voice for some reason. This was our first time using and the interface was kind of hard, for example, could not upload a PDF file of my child's prior homework assignment, we had to do an image capture and paste.
