when the text editor was used, i couldn't scroll up back to the top to where the attach file option was given. I had to use a strange method where i needed to move the chat box to the very top so that the window would scroll up to the top. Additionally, can the size limit for importing files be drastically increased since I'm not even able to upload any typical photo from my phone because the size is only 1 MB. lastly, for some reason stylus pens have some sort of issue when used for the software and can only plot points and not draw full lines, which may be caused by using a school computer, but if this is the case, then it would be appreciated if support for stylus pens on school computers for this service were to be improved.

This tutor was not well received. He started off by staying my code was wrong, as if it should be receiving an error, when he meant that I was taking the long way to write the code. Then he asked me how two variables related, which I clearly answered multiple times, however I am guessing because I did not use the word 'in' the answer was wrong. I ended up looking it up on google and typing in instead of ==. Thanks. The code work, however your tutoring style was not for me. I will be avoiding this tutor in the futher

I really have enjoyed this service so far. I wish the tutors were not on a timer though. They are so willing to help with different things, but having an hour to help you sometimes makes them feel like they have to rush, not to mention putting pressure on the student to speed up on asking questions. Giving a tutor a specific timer will also more often lead to people just giving away the answer (thank goodness I haven't had this happen). If a timer is absolutely necessary maybe make it a bit more absurd like 3 hours.
