Im not sure if the tutors know when the students are typing, it seems like that is not available to the tutors, but it is to the students. It would be helpful if the tutors did know when the students were typing or drawing. Also, the drawing board, I have a touch-screen laptop and it would be a tad more helpful if the whiteboard was able to read touch screen drawing rather than having to double click the mouse and then draw/write on the board. It makes for inconsistent number and letter sizes and then gets a little confusing.

loved my tutor....it's kinda a gamble with the service but nice when it works
