This session did not meet my needs because not all tutors have the same skill sets that I need for different times and situations. It would be good to be able to filter tutors such as a description system or tag system where tutors can list more specific skills within a topic so that way a student can select not only a topic, but also specify beforehand what skills specifically within that field the student needs so a tutor can check if they can help or not. As of now, if a tutor is not able to help a student and transfers them, the student should be able to request to get that time back, as well for any other reason. After the request, let it later be determined if the student is eligible for getting time back since it would be lost time and lost money.
