Career Experience
Since I was in high school, I always loved maths and physics, and because of this, I participated in some competitions related to these subjects. One of them I participated in was the XL International Physics Olympiad. That's when I discovered the pleasure for learning things and methods of study that are not usually seen in classrooms and then to be able to teach all that I learned to other students. Currently I am finishing my master's degree in physics, and I am working with a small research group where some optical spectroscopy techniques are used to characterize materials. One of the main goals of this research group, as any other research group, is to share the different results that have been obtained. It is very comforting to give didactic talks to people who do not have a big background about the subject and see that at the end of the talk they have learned something new. I think one of the challenges as physicists is to be able to help anyone understand, regardless of their level of studies, how our universe works; that's why I believe that being a tutor is something that can help me achieve this goal.
I Love Tutoring Because
it is very rewarding to be able to help students to understand things that were difficult for them before.
