In my current position as lab technician, I assist in the extraction and purification of the PSII protein from cyanobacteria. Daily tasks involve making buffers, solutions, and working with the HPLC to perform ion-exchange chromatography.

I Love Tutoring Because

nothing is worse than having a teacher that does not care; many college professors leave you to the textbook and expect you to learn from the same sentence over and over again. My goal as the tutor is to give you as many different paths to understand the concept as possible. There are always multiple ways to attack a problem, and I want to explore as many as we need to until you understand!
