There was a bit of a wait before I was able to have a tutor assigned (probably at least about 15 minutes...the last time I tried, I think on a Saturday evening, I waited for probably 20 or 30 minutes and ended up figuring it out with help from my brother before a tutor showed up. So maybe you guys need more tutors?) But once a tutor was available, it went great!
