I've taught and tutored mathematics (and some physics) at the collegiate level for the last 10 years. I'm currently a mathematics PhD candidate interested in the mathematics of machine learning.

I feel best when I'm able to help others achieve their goals, and tutoring allows me that opportunity while also discussing interesting ideas.

We only had time for one problem to work through and it was an over-explanation. Need a direct and concise explanation, which would open up more opportunities like asking more questions or working through more problems.

Jeremiah is a legend, they so patiently helped me truly come to terms with a problem I was having regarding the lim three conditions and he took the time to really help me understand the core parts of this and I feel moving forwards I am going to be much better suited to handle these problems moving forward. I love this service for being able to fill in the gaps that online learning has where I can't talk to someone in real time regarding things like this.

Awesome help, and he was able to write really fast on the board. I feel like i know when the tutor is trying to use their mouse and it makes it really hard because the session goes so slow. But he wrote like he was writing on a board and it helped a lot

This tutor was amazingly helpful! I have been lucky enough to utilize this site with 3 tutors so far; however, this tutor was the most helpful! He was able to explain concepts to me in the most understandable way and was very patient and did not make me feel pressured. I hope to learn from this tutor again!
