Career Experience
I've worked for several months writing software in the defense industry and an embedded electronics startup. I've also done academic research at two universities, and I am currently doing graduate-level research for my PhD program. My general areas of research experience/expertise are optimization, machine learning, and signal processing. I've also taken several graduate-level mathematics and machine learning courses.
I Love Tutoring Because
I've personally experienced the barriers to self learning and classroom learning. Depending on the person and the subject, those settings can only take you so far. One-on-one help in a tutoring environment can help break those blocks to help students master a subject, which is a wonderful achievement.
