Juan is such a fantastic tutor that every time I get connected I am very thankful as he explains things very well and helps me understand where data is being pulled, the formulas being used and how to breakdown the problems for me to understand them. He is also patient and I appreciate that he helps me color code my notes so that I can follow his instructions and I appreciate he types more complex things that help me because it maximizes our time vs me trying to remember every word he says so that I can correctly record the tid bit.

I know audio is not always available but I learn better by hearing and seeing. So this session hindered me without audio. This tutor has audio capability but did not have it on. I have had a few sessions with him where we used it. So I didn't like the session since I couldn't hear him.

I cannot say enough about the amazing drop-in tutoring that I have experienced. Everyone that I have worked with has been so knowledgeable and helpful. This is my 3rd hour of tutoring for module 2 in MAT240 and I still don't get it, but he didn't make me feel bad or embarrassed or dumb. They have some serious patience, and I don't know any other school where you can literally have a 1 on 1 session whenever you want.
