My experience includes four years of classroom teaching in ELA and yearbook, and one year teaching computer science and digital imaging. As a small business owner, I have extensive experience editing and designing full-length manuscripts.

I Love Tutoring Because

I enjoy seeing that 'lightbulb moment' when the student says "I understand it now!" Tutoring allows the information to be broken down to where the individual student is at. It's different than in a classroom where concepts are taught on a single level for everyone in the room. And tutoring allows me to share my passion for words and design and maybe spark that same passion for someone else.
