Career Experience
My first two undergrad internships were with a child-and-family-services nonprofit and an adult probation department, where I was able to gain real-world experience in the field of psychology. I've always loved English, so a few years after working my first job, I went back to school and received a certificate in copyediting. When I'm not tutoring students, I have the awesome job of working with first-time authors to improve their books before publishing. This freelance experience has also allowed me to become well-versed in Windows and MS Word.
I Love Tutoring Because
I love helping students break down the ins and outs of grammar, based on their unique learning style and at their own pace. Everyone can learn how to become a great writer, at any age—I love showing them how!
