I would suggest that you guys require the tutors and student to use audio. Typing takes up alot of time when trying to communicate your issues with the tutor. It would really improve the quality of the tutoring session. Students can really take advantage of the time to ask questions or gain further understanding especially if they are a slow typer like me.
