I am currently applying to medical school, and for the past two years since graduation, I have been working as a research assistant in a neuroscience laboratory in New England. Throughout my undergraduate time, I worked in multiple research laboratories, and aspire to specialize in neurology after medical school. I have tutored informally for teenagers and children of family friends since high school, and am excited to start at Tutor.com!

I Love Tutoring Because

I find it very rewarding to help others think more critically and understand new and interesting concepts. I love teaching, especially younger children, and hope to provide an interactive and fun classroom experience for all.

This is the first time that I used this application. I am in English 211 and we had to submit a paper for review. I was able to speak with the tutor through messaging. It allows you to see the paper as they are going through it and watch them find any mistakes. My tutor told me to stop her at anytime I needed help. I would recommend this application to everyone.

My session worked out great for me. I found it very helpful to have another set of eyes to just double check things and explain minor details here and there. One issue I had was after we made the edit suggestions and the link was sent to me to view the edit suggestion doc, I couldn't open the link for some reason. Overall it was a great experience.
