This was my first experience with this service. At first, I was unsure if I need to respond to my tutor, as I thought the questions seemed rhetorical. I then understood they just wanted to know if I was paying attention or not. Our message board wasn't working properly so that was a little annoying, but we used the chat box, so we ended up doing ok. All in all, I will definitely be using this service again!
