I loved this tutor, she was extremely helpful and now I have a better grasp on passive voice. However, not being able to talk to her is going to make me reconsider using the service again. I feel like I wasted so much time typing and trying to figure out what was being said because I learn better and understand material quicker when I'm actually talking with someone. I've done multiple tutoring sessions like this in the past, and I know for a fact that I could have addressed all passive voice in my essay if I was talking to someone. I spent 70% of the time typing, waiting, and trying to understand and it just was a waste of time (only partly because I really did love the tutor and how she helped me understand the passive voice).I'll use the service again, only if I can actually talk to someone.

The whiteboard program was not working for me. I was not able to see the connections in the paper with the notes in the margin. The hover function did not work and I was not able to move the paper up or down to follow my tutor. Naomi was a great tutor and luckily I am able to see the notes in the file she shared with me at the end of the session.
