This was the third tutor I have had trying to solve the same problem, not only was he able to quickly show me the steps I needed to take to solve the problem but he was also able to help me solve a second problem, which I wasn’t expecting based on the last two sessions I had had on that initial problem. I really feel that if the tutor does not off the top of their head know the steps to take to get the right answer for the problem, then they should say that right off the bat and not waste peoples times. The solution was so simple, but I’ve wasted 2 hours with other tutors trying to solve it, when it was so easy to solve.

I am so thankful for this service. I haven't needed a longer tutoring session so far with my classes. Sometimes I get stuck on a problem and after so many attempts, I get stuck. It's incredibly helpful at that point to have someone look at your work and be able to guide you as to where you need to reconsider. Each time I've used this service, I have started the session feeling like maybe I don't understand the material and I have finished the session feeling confident and understanding where I had been making mistakes in my work.

The tutor really went above and beyond when explaining the problems! He never shamed me for not knowing anything and is ready to explain the problem to me even further. He also provided examples from himself to make sure that I understood the concept. He also gave me tips to make it easier for me when solving problems! I truly appreciate his help!
