I loved how I was able to work with my tutor but I wish there was an easier way I can write on the board without the struggle of my mouse trying to draw was I want it to.

The tutor really helped me understand my questions. I think the only problem was that the screen/ whiteboard that we used had to be used with the mouse which was a bit harder than if it allowed me to use my touchscreen. That it all.

Overall, the session was helpful, but it was efficient with regards to time. I think this system is good if you need help with solving a whole problem, but it is not as helpful when you have specific questions that are within the steps of solving a problem. For example, I requested tutoring today because I had a question about a concept within a math problem, but the tutor asked me to resolve the entire problem step by step rather than going straight to my specific question.

beside it being really hard to draw with a mouse I really like this service. I even have a 2in1 computer (surface book2) but I have to hold down the button on my pencil to write and it is a serious pain.
