Maybe because I had not started my assignment is why i did not receive much guidance. I needed someone to help me organize or make a list of what i need to do or where to start. Way too much guidelines from the teacher has me overwhelmed and did not know where to start. Tutor seemed like he was not sure how to help and giving me basic instructions like read the guidelines that i clearly had already read .

the tutor I dealt with tonight wasted time both with long pauses and trying to change the equation that I wanted help with. other tutors have shown me how they would do it and walked me through each step which was clear and allowed me to ask questions. This tutor just wanted me to do all the work and let him grade it which was not helpful because I am struggling and was looking for slow explaination

Greattutor! He was very patient with me. I wrote the problem down wrong and he helped me catch my mistake.It was a different problem than we learned in class or did on homework, but t he tutor helped me solve the problem, and helped me correct where I was wrong.

The smart board needs more UI functions like text settings like how you can type in Microsoft word customize the font and size. Be able to close multiple windows or drawing boards. the ability to scan a page into the smart board for the tutor and student to see the work together and write on top of the scanned page.

Richard (my tutor this session) was the second tutor I had been connected with to solve my issue, and I was beginning to lose hope since I was still confused after the first tutor, but Richard walked me through the problems' process perfectly! He was patient as I tried to solve the questions, and clearly answered the questions I had. He explained the theory behind the questions also, which was great because knowing the reasoning behind math problems helps me solve them a lot more. Very happy with my tutor this session; I'm confident that I will do well on my upcoming final after this session!
