Career Experience
Starting in 8th grade I was a mathematics peer tutor for middle school and high school math. As a babysitter I also provided homework help in core subjects for elementary and middle school students. When I began university I began organizing and leading study groups in many of my classes.
I Love Tutoring Because
I love encouraging students to see how intelligent they are and to help them find confidence with their school work. Mathematics is my favorite area to tutor and you see so many students who come in believing that they will never be good at math and I want to make it accessible to all students. Most of all I love watching that light bulb moment of understanding.
