I Love Tutoring Because

I love being able to help students in a more tailored way. In a large class setting, it can be difficult to teach in a way that helps each student. Tutoring provides an opportunity to help students learn at their own pace and in a way that best suits them.

I think sessions should go as long as they need to. You could deduct the time after the session is complete, instead of automatically giving one hour. This way I won't have to keep explaining the same thing to new tutors.
