Career Experience

I'm a published author and an English teacher. My university degrees are in the fields of English literature, magazine journalism, and education. I have five years of classroom teaching experience, and several years of tutoring experience. I've also had a lot of experience with proofreading, so I have a good eye for spotting mistakes in grammar, spelling, and punctuation.

I Love Tutoring Because

I love helping students one-on-one. Although the traditional classroom experience is very beneficial, meeting the individual needs of every student is next to impossible for teachers. What I have always loved most about tutoring is the opportunity to support students individually: to see where they're at and support them in taking their next step forward.
