I think there should be a way to continue sessions instead of having to disconnect and reconnect. Sometimes it takes me up to 20 minutes to reconnect to extend my session. There should be a simpler way to do this such as allowing the tutor to extend the session instead of having to constantly start new sessions.

had no idea how easy getting help was. I thought you had to schedule something ahead of time. and with my crazy schedule that just wasn't an option. super easy to use. tutor was super patient with me and helped me understand the concept and principle not just answers to questions!
