By agreeing to the Terms of Consent, I confirm that the above comments (the “Comments”) are my/my child’s own work and freely given, that they are a true and correct expression of my/my child’s opinion, that no one has assisted in their preparation and that I/my child have/has not received any compensation, either in cash or in kind, for them. I grant to TPR Education, LLC d/b/a The Princeton Review (“TPR”) and its representatives, successors, and affiliates (the “other parties”), the worldwide and perpetual right to use the Comments, in whole or in part, as well as my or my child’s first name and the first letter of my or my child’s last name or initials, the school(s) that I or my child gained admission to, scholarship amounts received and, if provided, my or my child’s picture, for advertising and promotional purposes, in any and all media, current or future, including on the Internet (collectively, “Marketing Materials”). I understand that TPR may edit the Comments (only to reduce their length, not to add to them or substitute my words). I waive any right to inspect or approve the Marketing Materials before publication. I grant TPR all rights in the Comments and understand that TPR owns the Marketing Materials and that I won’t have rights in them. I agree to release TPR and the other parties from any claims or causes of action relating to their use of my Comments as described above.
