Class of 2027 Survey Gift Card Giveaway

1. PROMOTION PERIOD: The Princeton Review Class of 2027 Survey Gift Card Giveaway (“Giveaway”) starts at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) April 18,
2. ELIGIBILITY: The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the 50 U.S. states, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico who are 13 years of age and older, were customers of the college admissions counseling services of TPR Education, LLC d/b/a The Princeton Review (“Sponsor”), and are expected to graduate from high school in 2023. An entrant under the age of majority in his or her jurisdiction must have his or her parent’s or legal guardian’s permission before participating in the Giveaway. Employees and contractors of Sponsor or its affiliates and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, and sibling) and household members, whether related or not, of such employees and contractors are not eligible to enter or win.
3. HOW TO ENTER: To enter the Giveaway, complete the survey via the designated link provided in the email message sent to you and you will be automatically entered. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. All eligible entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. ET on May 1, 2023 to be eligible for the random drawing on or about May 10, 2023. The time that Sponsor’s system shows as the time of receipt of an entry is the official time of receipt of the entry. One entry per person. Multiple entries from any person (including but not limited to through use of multiple accounts) will result in all of the person’s entries being voided. Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are late, misdirected, or not received due to Internet, computer, or software malfunction or other error.
Alternate Method of Entry: To enter without filling out the survey, handwrite your name, address, and email on a postcard and mail it to: The Princeton Review, College Admissions Counseling, Attn: Class of 2027 Survey Gift Card Giveaway, 110 E. 42nd Street, 7th Floor, New York, NY 10017. Mail-in entries must be received by May 1, 2023.
4. WINNER SELECTION: On or about May 10, 2023, Sponsor will select 3 winners at random from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Each winner (or the winner’s parent or legal guardian if the winner is under the age of majority in his or her jurisdiction) may be required to execute and return a Statement of Eligibility and Release to Sponsor within 3 days of notification. If any selected winner was not eligible to enter the Giveaway, fails to comply with these Official Rules, fails to submit any required documentation within the designated period, declines the prize for any reason, or tampers with the entry process, that winner will be disqualified and the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner in a random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries.
5. ODDS OF WINNING: Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
6. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Sponsor will email the winners at the email addresses they provided in the survey or in an entry postcard.
7. PRIZE: Each winner will receive a $250 Amazon.com Gift Card*. The approximate retail value of each prize is $250. No cash substitution, assignment, or transfer of any prize permitted. If a prize is unavailable, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes, if any, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

8. RELEASE: Except where prohibited by law, by entering the Giveaway, entrant agrees to release and hold Sponsor, its affiliates, and its and their directors, officers, employees and agents (“Released Parties”) harmless from and against all claims and liability arising out of entrant’s participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of a prize.
9. GENERAL: By entering the Giveaway, entrant accepts and agrees to these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which will be final in all matters. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal and state laws. If Sponsor is prevented from continuing with the Giveaway, or the integrity or feasibility of the Giveaway is undermined by any event or cause not reasonably within Sponsor's control (each a "Force Majeure" event), Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway without notice or further obligation. If Sponsor elects to terminate the Giveaway as a result of a Force Majeure event, Sponsor may elect to hold a random drawing among all eligible entries received up to the time of such termination. 10. Winners' List: To obtain the names of the winners or for a copy of these Official Rules (clearly mark which on the envelope), send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to:
