My official score after The Princeton Review:

How the Princeton Review helped me achieve my score goal:
Ask questions, try as many practice problems as possible and make sure to focus on your live online classes. The instructors really do care about you and tries to change your way of thinking about approaching the exam. Very interesting and fascinating. Never a dull moment during lectures.
My personal study tips:
My study was about 4 months; 6-7 hours per day. No studying on weekends. Each day I would mix and match. For instance, I would review and take notes on 10 pages of biology, then do the same thing for physics. Next day, I would do 10 pages of psych/social then switch to G chem. Basically, I didn't want to get bored with a single subject. But most importantly, practice those passages in the "after class" section of your coursework and of course the TPR mock tests and AAMC tests. Hey, my score isn't even in the top 20% or anything but I know my limits and couldn't be happier with what I got. TPR DO HAVE THE RESOURCES but it's up to you to use them.

How the Princeton Review helped me achieve my score goal:
The in person classes greatly helped so that I knew what to focus on. Also all of the online practice problems, passages, and exams.
My personal study tips:
Outside of the in person class I would study about an hour each day. I took a practice test every other week for the first month of my studying and then moved up to every week (sometimes even twice per week) by the end. I mainly focused on practice tests and problems to get used to the style of questions that would be asked

My official score after The Princeton Review:
157 - verbal, 160 - quant
How the Princeton Review helped me achieve my score goal:
The group sessions were great! Getting to hear other people's questions brought up things that I wouldn't have thought of on my own. Also, the number of practice tests was super helpful.
My personal study tips:
Plan to take 1-2 practice tests per week (depending on how much time you have before your exam) the day after the classes, so the information is fresh in your mind and you're able to remember the tricks.

How the Princeton Review helped me achieve my score goal:
The repetition with topics that are focused on the MCAT, and structured format of the classes being three days a week, kept me on track and left me with little time for distraction with every other day busy with coursework which I saw as a good thing, but still enough time to breathe between.
My personal study tips:
I made a calendar that outlined when each class was, and how soon in needed to finish the homework for the course I had just completed. Kept me on track so that I wouldn’t get behind and have to play catch up later when I wanted to focus on topics I needed to brush up on and I wasn’t busy trying to complete all the requirements because they were already done by the time I had to take the actual exam.

How the Princeton Review helped me achieve my score goal:
Being able to ask instructors questions, doing practice problems with the class
My personal study tips:
Set a schedule and don’t break it. Wake up early every day. It worked best for me to study all day and be able to relax after dinner. Schedule in practice tests.

How the Princeton Review helped me achieve my score goal:
Just the volume of material ensured that I had enough to do. The strategies the Princeton Review taught me were super effective in the sciences and CARS section, and the volume of material enabled me to apply these strategies over and over again.
My personal study tips:
I actually had a busy semester, and my classes met from 10 PM - 1 AM. So, I ended up needing two months after my final exams to just study every day, all day while taking some breaks throughout the day.

Make sure to exercise and do other things other than just study for the MCAT. Find out ways to lessen anxiety. Be okay with going into exam not feeling 100% prepared and ready.
