Frequently Asked Questions

Due to concerns about COVID-19, we are transitioning our in-person classes to LiveOnline classes. You'll still get top-notch, real-time instruction—but you'll participate in your classes from home. Here are answers to frequently asked questions about this transition. As always, we are rooting for you every step of the way.

What if I am currently a student in an in-person class?

For students enrolled in a current in-person program, we’ve moved all scheduled sessions to our LiveOnline classrooms. These sessions will still take place live at scheduled times and will be interactive; the only difference is modality. This decision was made out of an abundance of caution and in the interest of protecting our students and teachers. The health and welfare of our community are our top priority. The Princeton Review will provide regular updates as the situation evolves. 

What if I am planning to enroll in a future class?

We are continuing to monitor the situation. For the time being, we are planning to transition all our future in-person programs to LiveOnline. When we believe it is safe to do so based on guidance from the government, we will attempt to deliver these programs in-person as originally intended. The Princeton Review will provide regular updates as the situation evolves.

Will I have any other options?

We feel incredibly confident that our LiveOnline platform will provide an exceptional learning experience as you prepare for your test. If, after sampling the LiveOnline program, you determine it’s not a fit for you, we’ll be happy to help find a future program that fits your needs.

What if my official test date has been canceled or rescheduled?

We’re committed to supporting our students during the current coronavirus outbreak. In the event of a test date cancellation, The Princeton Review will provide ongoing resources to support your study plan. (Find out more about SAT cancellations and ACT cancellations.)

If you’re enrolled in one of our programs with a guarantee, we will adapt the terms of your guarantee to match the situation you are facing to make sure you can maintain eligibility, regardless of decisions outside of your control, like the canceling and rescheduling of actual test administrations.

Should I enroll now or wait for further updates?

Programs are available and running. We recommend preparing while you have the availability to focus your time and energy. Regardless of the current coronavirus outbreak, we will fully support you. There is no reason to delay your enrollment, and a refundable deposit* is all that is needed to secure your seat. While our LiveOnline courses have always been popular, we do expect to see an uptick in enrollments, and so we recommend you do enroll soon. In addition, enrolling now means you can receive your course materials early and receive access to your online tools so you begin your preparation now.
