I am working on homework. I got one part wrong. After trying to rework the problem. I jumped on tutor.com. After waiting about 10 minutes (a good snack/break) David L. showed up to assist me. David looked over my assignment and less than minutes he explained what I did wrong. Gave me great note material as he explained what I did wrong, and now I can finish my homework! the first tutor entered and left without saying anything. the second tutor disconnected half way into the session. the third tutor was very helpful. he did a great job explaining everything to me in a way i understood. it took about 2-2.5 hours for me to be connected with the third tutor.

The first tutor I had was kind and polite but could not assist me with my assignment. The tutor I was transferred to could help me but said the question related more to economics. The assignment was from my cost accounting class, and like some others, information can overlap. When information overlaps, some tutors can still assist but some cannot. Or it gets confusing about what category to ask for a tutor. I am not sure if this is something that can be addressed for the future but it would be helpful.
