Career Experience
During my undergraduate degree, I worked as a peer facilitator, which included teaching a group of 24 first year students. In this experience, I was able to develop my teaching and lesson planning skills and greatly enjoyed getting to work with students in the classroom. In addition to this role, I also worked as a lab leader at a local environmental nonprofit. In this role, I was in charge of leading citizen science volunteers through laboratory procedures. In addition, I regularly hosted trainings and other learning opportunities for volunteers and other community members.
