When you get your Performance Profile Career Report it will have four sections. They include:
- Work Style Grid: This is a graphic representation of what interests you, how you like to pursue those interests, what you need in order to pursue those interests productively, and how you may behave in a stressful environment.
- Foundation Colors: All careers are clustered into four major groups, and this format indicates what broad categories of careers you are most like: Planning, Communicating, Expediting, or Administrating.
- Job Families/Titles: Your Performance Profile will be compared to 23 categories of industries, or "families" of jobs. The report will indicate which ones best match your profile. Additionally, it will show which type of management style (Knowledge Specialist, Delegative, or Directive) your results most closely resemble. Associated with the Job Families will be Job Titles, many of which link to descriptions in the US Department of Labor database.
- Career Narrative: Provides you with a summary description of your general Career Orientation, your Management Style, and some statements about your Job Strengths. This is great preparation for the interview!
