|Description:||The Leadership Fellows Program seeks to assist first-year students with their academic, cultural and social adjustment to Brandeis International Business School (IBS). The program helps foster an intimate connection between first-year students and a second-year student who acts as peer counselors, advisors and mentors.
Leadership fellows have been specifically selected for their leadership potential and dedication to the community. They provide leadership to new students and are always eager to share their academic, social and transitional experiences. Trained to understand the needs of first-year students, they are a resource for information about courses, professors and programs.
