At the Neeley School, we bring together highly motivated professionals and exceptional faculty in a personalized, interactive environment. Neeley is one of an elite group of accredited business schools to offer a 12-Month Accelerated MBA degree along with the two-year Full-Time MBA. Learning here goes beyond the classroom, to hands-on experiences that impact the bottom line. Our students stay on top of the quickly changing business environment through frequent and meaningful interaction with business leaders. Our commitment to you is an experience that is personal, connected, and real.

The Programs

At Neeley, we make sure that our MBA isn’t a “one-size-fits-all” program. We understand that students have different backgrounds and career goals, and have crafted options to best meet your needs.

  • The 12-Month Accelerated MBA is targeted to individuals with significant academic and professional background in business who are looking to move forward within their career field. This option allows you to build upon your business background and focus your coursework on your specific career interest. The Accelerated MBA provides the benefits of a full-time MBA without an extended absence from the job market and with less impact on your financial, career and personal life.

  • If you are planning to make a broader career change, the comprehensive two-year Full-Time MBA programs allows you to explore career options and add new experiences to your resume. Whether your degree is in business, engineering or ballet, the Full-Time MBA gives you the academic background, practical experience, professionals development, career coaching and networking opportunities you need to position yourself for your next career move.

What you learn.

A Neeley MBA taps into your existing strengths and shores up your shortcomings to create an extraordinary skill set. Not a cookie-cutter skill set, but a dynamic package of hard and soft skills, analytical and intangible assets that represent the best of you. You learn how to make insightful decisions in a world of perpetual change, and how to communicate, collaborate, and lead diverse groups to turn those decisions into action.

How you learn.

Not only do you work day-to-day with faculty who are recognized leaders in their fields, you put that knowledge to work outside the classroom. We call it Experiential Learning, and itÂ’s based on real-world experiences that recruiters tell us they look for when filling top positions. You do real work for real clients with real life challenges. Combine all of that with high profile internships, interaction with leading executives and international business trips. ItÂ’s only natural to think outside the box when you donÂ’t spend all your time inside of one.

Personal

We’re small by design at Neeley, so the lessons you learn here will reach much farther than the glow of a PowerPoint presentation in a two hundred-seat lecture hall. Not only will you know your professors – you’ll also come to know that these are the very people improving and transforming business in the real world. The same holds true for the hundreds of business executives who visit here. You can discuss ideas in actual conversations with c-level executives – not just sit in the same room with them.

Connected

Neeley is right at home in the thriving Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. Literally hundreds of big name businesses are located here, and more are coming every day. But we donÂ’t stop there. With international trips (Chile, Italy, Germany, China, and India are some of the places we visit), you gain insight into just how the business world is intricately connected. You learn to spot new opportunities in unexpected places, and to value new insights and old customs.
