Documentation Requred for LD:A current, complete psycho-educational evaluation is required and will hopefully have been done when the student could be evaluated using adult scales. Aptitude testing such as the WAIS III; achievement testing such as the Woodcock-Johnson IV; and information processing as appropriate are required.We require that the evaluation come from a qualified provider and that they use objective measures to make the diagnosis.
