my situation was weird. Gary did try to help with the issue but he had to disconnect due to he can only help for one hour. Which is not great. He was trying to figure it out but did not get to it due to hour..

After WASTING 3 hours with ADOBE help team because the two support staff I worked with were clueless. Julie S helped me immediately with my coding AND understood my questions exactly. She was an amazingly quick at troubleshooting and incredibly knowledgable and knew how to help with zero communication issues. When the system crashed right in the middle of my session with Julie S, I jumped back on but kept getting assigned to Gary B. His session was not smooth like Julie's. I didn't want a repeat of wasted time that I experienced with Adobe support so I was frustrated when he wasn't sure how to help me. He was able to research how to help and we got through it. The difficulties of online school is that you don't get the teachers or fellow students help like you would if you were in classroom. Is there a way to schedule tutor times with Julie S? The scheduling calendar only has one name- Allen something
